There are not enough positive words to find, to show our appreciation for your kindness and help following the passing of our beloved westie Missy, in March 2019. You showed us the understanding, empathy and kindness we really needed at that awful time. You gave our girl the dignified service she deserved and it helped give us the closure we so needed, in saying a proper goodbye. I tell everybody I meet who asks about Missy now of your services. We wish to write to thank Phil for the caring, respectful and sensitive manner by which he dealt with the cremation of our beloved dog Caspa. Phil explained the whole procedure to us clearly and we are more than happy to recommend the services of Assisi to those who wish to provide the best possible farewell for their beloved pet. Dear Phil, may I thank you more formally for such an immediate, efficient and (above all) kind service you provided in looking after Arnie (retired guide dog) when he died so suddenly on 2nd Dec 2018. I still cannot believe the difference between what you did for us so immediately compared to the complete lack of help, or interest, or sympathy we got from our vet practice.

The service that was provided was very professional , yet caring… Mr Potter was very attentive to our needs, and made myself and my children feel very special, at this sad time… Nothing was to much trouble … Thankyou very much for your help and support.

I would like to thank Phil from Assisi pet funeral services for taking care of everything. He is a true gentleman. He made us feel at ease in what has been a devastating time for us, and knowing that everything was done with the utmost dignity made me feel comfortable.

Thank you so much for helping our beloved lucy cross the bridge. Everything from coming to meet us, explaining the procedure, updates and then dropping her home was done exceptionally with utmost care. What I appreciated the most was there was no lingering and waiting unlike the vets.

We just wanted to thank Phil and his team at Assisi for the compassion extended to our family when we shockingly lost our beloved cat Fudge. It was explained to us exactly what would be happening (he even collected him from the vets) and this left us confident that he would be respected whilst he was away from home. He extended respect and care to both the deceased and the bereaved, and his timing was such that we were not fretting whilst he was away from us. Phil fulfilled our wishes for Fudge’s final journey and nothing was too much for him. When we collected Fudge we were comforted by the tranquil surroundings and I do recommend you pay a visit if you can, they even have a chapel of rest and reflection which is nice for those moments when you need to contemplate your loss. If anyone is sadly in the same position as us in the future we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Assisi.

I would just like to say a massive heart felt love for Phils kind kind service for our gorgeous dog ‘George’. Phil organised everything, from picking up George from little sutton, private cremation, to hand delivering George back to us today, less than 24hrs in a beautiful cast. Phil special kindness is a credit to his company, a lovely special animal soul.

I must say I am extremely impressed with the service you offer for our loved ones when they cross the rainbow bridge, lovely to see that the option of a chapel of rest is available, your caskets, scatter tubes and little trinkets to remember our loved ones are exceptional! But the one to one service and 24 hour call out makes you shine far brighten than your competitors!

I wanted to thank you so so much for what you did for us on the night of 26th January 2016 for Troy our adopted dogue de bordeaux. We have had 2 dogs pass previous to Troy however they have both been in the vets with their own cremation arrangements, this was our first experience of a beloved pet passing at home. The process was all very new to us and we weren’t prepared at all for Troys passing. Your service is second to none. From collecting him late at night, to moving him so respectfully and dignified tucking him up with a blanket, letting us say goodbye, to bringing him back to us with such beautifully presented memories. Your support on that night was so gratefully appreciated in our shattered emotional state. I really can’t thank you enough and only wish we had used you for our other dogs.

We cannot Thank you enough for what you’ve done today for Molly. Our hearts are truly broken right now. To have Molly home with us is a blessing. You have gone above & beyond for us & we are very grateful.

Thank you for your services yesterday with the passing of our beloved dog Bebe. She was a fantastic family pet, rescued at age 18 months, who went on to live a fabulous life until aged 13. We will miss her terribly but can’t thank you enough for your kindness and the dignity you showed her. Will be recommending your services to friends when the sad time comes for them.

Thank you Phil for the care and respect you gave to us and our boy, still miss him madly 💔 it was a great comfort that you showed such compassion in a time that was so difficult for all of us.

We sadly had to very sadly,say goodbye to our eldest cat Ted, she was 19. We could not have asked for a better service. From the moment you speak to Phil you feel you are dealing with someone who is totally in the right profession. His calming manner helps make what is one of the most painful times in your life, a lot easier. We were able to give Ted a wonderful send off and could not thank Phil enough.
